本機廣泛應用于各種感應電機、家用發電機定子或轉子的滴漆烘干處理。采用三菱PLC程控，中文液晶顯示，用蠕動泵壓縮供漆管的方法來啟停滴漆，滴漆流量穩定可控，采用鏈輪旋轉運動，使鏈條拖動裝有定子安裝工裝的若干個小車產生水平步進移動，定位輸送，移位準確，定子不轉，滴漆頭往復旋轉，裝夾上下工件極為方便，有效保護鐵芯和引線不沾漆。有預烘、凝膠、固化烘道組成，滴漆時間和烘干時間可調，操作簡單方便。
