本是專為電機定子繞組分相多次嵌線而設計的專用設備。適用于定子繞組多次分相嵌線和擴口，槽滿率較高定子，嵌好后線圈繞組排列整齊。線圈繞組不易傷線，本機采用嵌線針把絕緣紙和線圈一次性嵌入定子中，嵌線速度快效率高。本機有手動、單步、自動三種工作方式，便于操作者調試和自動操作。本機采用觸摸屏顯示器，美觀大方，操作方便。控制方式：三菱FX系列可編程控制器和40SS筒易運動控制器。本機有故障自檢功能，常見故障均能在顯示器上顯示。

It’s efficient by using special needle to embed insulation paper and coils in stator one time.The machine has three working methods, manual, single-step, automatic, so it is easy for debugging and automatic working. This machine applies touch screen , beautiful, easy operating.Control method: Mitsubishi FX series PLC and 40SS simple motion controller.This machine has the function of Built-in self-test, common errors can be displayed.
